PCS Youth Choir provides singers opportunities to develop their vocal technique, sing in harmony, and build music reading skills. The collaborative environment helps young singers to express themselves and build strong friendships through the joy of making music together.
Eligible singers are 4th-8th graders with treble singing voices (i.e. voices that have not changed into a lower register).The Youth Choir performs alongside PCS's adult ensembles, often sharing the stage with 120+ other singers!
Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings from 6:15-7:30 at Moscow High School September through March. The full printer-friendly Youth Choir calendar is linked here.
Our audition process is will take place at the start of our first three rehearsals on September 15th, 22nd, and 29th at 6:15pm. The audition consists of singing some warm-ups in a small group, singing happy birthday, and clapping some rhythms. A copy of your responses will automatically be emailed to the email address you provide.
