February 21, 2022 – First 20th Anniversary Rehearsal

Thanks for a great first rehearsal last week. It was wonderful to get started on these pieces and start to hear how our premiere piece might sound.

This week’s rehearsal plan is attached, in case that is helpful.

I’ve also attached a transcription of the Mass text in the International Phonetic Alphabet – this may be useful to some of you even if you aren’t familiar with IPA — it’s pretty clear where to use an /s/ rather than a /z/, for example. This is the guide I’ll be using as we explore this pronunciation system. There’s also a translation available.
